Subject: Great Show

I attended these Fillomore shows and the Vail shows and have heard all shows from this tour and believe that this is the jewel of all of them. Seeing Phil in the Fillmore was great, nice intimate setting and an enthusiastic crowd. The second set really stands out with Derek Trucks joining the band with some truly surrealistic Jamming. Look at the song list for the 2nd set!!!! It could have been the Fillmore West in '69 (except for WR and Stella). I would highly reccommend this show for anyone who loves this configuration of the Phil & Friends band

This night has gotten some mediocre reviews and I DO NOT HAVE AN INKLING AS TO WHY!!?

My elation has not subsided since this, my first Phil show and my first post-Jerry reunion...my God, what phenomenal music. Warren's Wharf Rat was sublime, the rest of the set simply killed me with its visionary jams... if you don't have this, d/l immediately
